VOCATIONAL NURSING

Nursing is a respected and secured career which will offer you a starting salary of $23 per hour. Employment of Licensed Vocational (or Practical) Nurse is expected to grow much faster than the average according to the BLS.GOV U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Employment Projections program. 

College of Nursing is approved by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians. Also, we are very proud that our graduates are maintaining above average NCLEX Pass Rates for 5 years in a row with a pass rate of 97% in 2017 with the BVNPT.CA.GOV

The Vocational Nursing Program is designed to educate and train graduates to be able to enter a vocational nursing position, including the expertise of a variety of medical knowledge and skills that will enable them to work in nursing care, hospitals, home health care facility, doctor office, private nursing care, etc.  This is a fast paced, part time, very comprehensive, hands-on, program which allows any serious student to attain their license in 18 months or less.

Evening / Weekend Classes:  Each schedule will consist of 3 nights during the week and 1 day during the weekend.  The program runs approximately 18 months.  The total cost is $19,500 (all inclusive).

Daytime Classes:  The daytime class will consist of Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 2:30pm. The program runs approximately 15 months.  The total cost is currently $18,000 (all inclusive).
